Priority enforcement, backed by EU law
Under Article 22 of the Digital Services Act, online platforms are legally required to process notices from designated Trusted Flaggers with priority and without undue delay.
In January 2025, Italy’s communications authority AGCOM officially designated Argo Business Solutions as the country’s first Trusted Flagger specifically for intellectual property violations, commercial rights infringements, and online fraud.
This means that when we flag a counterfeit listing, a brand impersonation, or a fraudulent storefront on your behalf, platforms must act on it faster.
